200 Hour Foundational Teacher Training – 4 Month Track
A shorter yet potent version of our 12 month track. We designed this variation of our year long training for those that do not have enough time in their schedule to plan out one year but can clear enough space in their schedule for a shorter more condensed time of learning.
This training acknowledges all the primary required study for a 200hr Yoga Alliance certification while adding a nurturing amount of reflection, connection and support with the addition of rituals, celebration, nature and season- which our year long training is dedicated to and known for.
200 Hour Foundational Teacher Training – 12 Month Track
This training acknowledges all the primary required study for a 200hr Yoga Alliance certification while adding a nurturing amount of reflection, connection and support so that the student absorbs and imbibes the rituals of nature and season. It has been the fashion of many 200 hr RYT trainings to shorten the timeline – presently there are many shortened training offerings from 4 months, 30 days, 2 weeks while many students can absorb book knowledge in shortened period of time- true knowing is an experiential journey and one that encourages the divine creative power inside all of us. In this training a student will learn all the tenants of yoga found in a variety of lineages as well as the tools of Ayurveda, Pranayama, Mudras, mantras, anatomy, meditation, asana and sacred text of Patanjali’s sutras.
We will also begin to understand that we are not divided by nature; we are nature and from the context of Ayurvedic we are composed of the same basic five elements—ether, air, fire, water, and earth—as every material object around us. Students will be given the tools and information, through the lens of teaching a class- what asana (yoga shapes) are correct for our body at what time of year, what foods are essential to nourish our body each season, self care techniques to begin to understand our constitution and looking at unhealthy patterns we see both in ourselves and movements of our students. The ultimate goal is to make small changes that encourage living a life more fully engaged with family, diet, work, as well as beginning to see possibilities and opportunities.
Inlet Yoga’s KATONAH YOGA® Teacher Training is open to teachers wishing to deepen their understanding of the principles of KATONAH YOGA® and those students with established practices wishing to learn more about the Katonah™ method.

25-Hour Bridge to Lotus Flow™
Created through the lifelong practices of Jasmine Tarkeshi and Dana Flynn, co-founders of Laughing Lotus Yoga Centers, Lotus Flow is an evolution of vinyasa. Through creative vinyasa sequencing, conscious alignment, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation, we spiritualize our physical form and honor yoga’s powerful and transformative lineage. Lotus Flow sequencing is the hallmark of each of my classes, moving through the chakra system, an organic unfolding where each step prepares us for the next.
The class begins through breath centered gentle warm-ups, sun salutations, creative standing pose sequences, powerful arm balances, transformative inversions, heart opening backbends, cleansing twists, deep forward bends and hip openers, along with mind-expanding meditation.
The class culminates in blissful relaxation, leaving you feeling happy, wild and free.

Intensive Hands-On Assisting
This intensive on hands on assists is for the curious and advanced students who want to learn or improve essential skills for safe, effective and transformative hands-on yoga assists. Teachers of all yoga styles will discover common mis-alignments for popular poses and sequences, as well as how to “read” the body and assist for optimal alignment, mechanics, energy flow and safety. This expertly presented, one-of-a-kind intensive covers all categories of poses, incorporating lecture, group discussion/ exercises, asana demonstration, and plenty of hands-on practice throughout. Come learn the most effective ways to bring safety and support to your daily yoga practice.
A class for practitioners who have a strong asana foundation. The class utilizes core strength, pranayama, and whole body warming flows to focus on arm balances, inversions, and advanced transition sequences. You will develop enhanced strength, stamina and increase concentration and mind-body awareness. From bird of paradise and bound half moon, to handstand and beyond; this focused workshop is for every yogi who is ready to elevate their practice! We’ll focus on modifications, foundations, and explore transitions of several more advanced poses leaving you with a clear understanding about how to rock your practice to the next level.
Yin Yoga Teacher Training – 75-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Marije Paternotte
A Journey into a Silent Practice
You are invited on a journey into silence.In this Yin Yoga Teacher Training of 75 hours you will learn and explore the basic principles of the Taoist practice of Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation. This training will allow you to teach this practice with confidence, as ample time will be dedicated to the art of teaching, based on a solid and effective teaching methodology. Marije is a long-time student of Sarah Powers. This training is based on what she has learned from Sarah, Paul Grilley, and Bernie Clark, and her own experience as a dedicated practitioner and teacher trainer. Students who do not wish to teach but simply want to deepen their practice and understanding of Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation are equally welcome in the training.
