@for_the_love_of_motion Sometimes, summer takes your feet off the ground, leaving you out of breath in the excitement.

Learning to ground yourself from time to time can be tough when all you wanna do is soar. But, think of it as a recharge.

If you don’t shut your computer down every once in a while, it can get laggy, and little issues may pop up here and there. The same thing happens to our brains and bodies if we don’t give ourselves downtime.

We all need a little time to feel the earth beneath us and appreciate the loveliness of life.
