 A Few Things to Remember with Inlet Yoga’s Covid-19 Re-Opening Process

Because of Covid-19, there are a few things you should remember and follow:

Maximum class size: 13 people in studio room INCLUDING teacher

N

Maximum class duration: 75 is minutes

N

Space configuration to maintain social distancing: Mat markers for each mat maintain 6 feet distance of each practitioner

N

Rules preventing or regarding hands-on adjustments or other touching: There are absolutely no hands-on assists or adjustments by a teacher at this time

N

Pre-class health screening of employees and students (e.g., taking one’s temperature): this may include entry screening questions and temperature taking at the time of entry into the studio

N

Pre and post-class cleaning regimens: the studio is professionally cleaned regularly as well as floors are cleaned prior to each class

N

Face-covering rules: Masks must be worn in the studio at all times and are optional once the student is on their mat and spaced 6 feet distance

N

Rules on the use of mats brought from home and on the sharing of mats: mats loaned or shared at this time

N

Rules restricting or limiting the use of blocks, blankets, straps, and any other communal equipment: there are no use of studio props at this time, students must bring their own

N

Personal protective equipment requirements for teachers and students: front desk has additional masks and gloves if needed. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the studio, air purifier systems, as well as UV air purifier, are installed

N

Rules on the use of facilities including any lockers, cubby’s, changing rooms, bathroom, etc., as well as the storage of personal belongings during class(es): Bathroom is cleaned regularly as well as all common areas, The bathroom has a step flusher as well as UV air purifier to maintain cleanliness, the front desk has disposable gloves should the student wish to use. The bathroom is locked at all times to eliminate use from the general public, not Inlet or Body Knowledge Students
