These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Inlet Yoga Studio (“the Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the purchase and use of our new student discounted special offer, “$47 for five (5) Class Introductory Offer” (“the Offer”). Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing the Offer.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not purchase the Offer.
2. The Offer: The Offer entitles new students to five (5) yoga classes during a 10 day limited period from the date of purchase for the price of $47.
3. Eligibility: The Offer is available only to new students of the Studio. Each new student is entitled to purchase and use the Offer once. The Offer is non-transferable.
4. Payment: Payment for the Offer can be made online or in person by credit card, or in person by cash. We do not accept personal checks.
5. Start Date: The start date of the Offer is the date of purchase. Start dates cannot be changed.
6. Refunds: All sales of the Offer are final. No refunds will be provided.
7. Communications: By purchasing the Offer, you agree to receive email, phone, and SMS communications from the Studio for occasional updates, class information, and occasional marketing communications.
8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version of these Terms on our website. By continuing to use the Offer after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

By purchasing the Offer you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions regarding liability for physical damage and repair costs.
