Unlimited Yoga Promotional Terms and Conditions

  1. This “Unlimited Yoga” promotion is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may only be redeemed in accordance with these terms.
  2. Existing monthly membership holders, or those who have maintained a monthly membership within the last 30 days, are strictly ineligible for this promotion. Requests to suspend, pause, cancel, or downgrade an existing monthly membership for the purpose of eligibility are not permitted.
  3. Students with active class packs may not pause, suspend, extend, or place their class pack on hold during participation in this promotion, for any reason.
  4. The offer is available only to new students and existing Drop-in or Package Students who do not hold a current monthly membership as defined above.
  5. Only one promotional purchase per student. Attempts to purchase or access the promotion multiple times through alternate accounts, emails, or by other means will result in merged accounts, possible forfeiture, and/or suspension of access at Inlet Yoga’s discretion.
  6. This promotion may be gifted to a non-member only. To do so, full details of the intended recipient must be provided prior to purchase. Inlet Yoga reserves the right to verify eligibility.
  7. Any included free passes must be used within 30 days of the promotional program start date.
  8. Promotional discounts on future membership (e.g., free month on annual with commitment, $20 off first month of membership) are limited to students who complete the promotional term and are not retroactive or combinable with other offers.
  9. Additional fees apply for Workshops, Labs, Teacher Trainings, or any services not explicitly included.
  10. The promotional offer and all related discounts, passes, and benefits are non-transferable except as provided in these terms, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
  11. The offer may be discontinued, amended, or revoked at any time at Inlet Yoga’s sole discretion. Inlet Yoga may refuse participation, modify, or rescind the offer for any reason including, but not limited to, suspected abuse or breach of studio policy.
  12. All promotional periods begin on the purchase date—no exceptions or extensions for holidays, closures, or personal circumstances.
  13. By purchasing, accepting, or participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by all Inlet Yoga policies and waivers, including the studio’s standard legal agreements.
  14. Terms and conditions are subject to change or update at any time without prior notice; any revisions supersede previous terms.
  15. If any part of these promotional terms is rendered unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

  1. Offer for new and existing Drop-in & Package Students.
  2. Promotion four-month countdown starts from the date of purchase.
  3. This promotion may be gifted.  In order to gift this program, you must provide the giftees full name, address, phone, and email address for their new account at Inlet Yoga.
  4. Additional fees for Workshops, Labs, Master Classes, and Training apply.
  5. The may offer expire or may be pulled at any time.
  6. Offer may change at any time.
  7. No refunds or exchanges for this promotion.
  8. Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without notice and supersede any previous terms and conditions at Inlet Yoga’s sole discretion.
