Hello everyone. First and foremost, I wanted to take a moment to post two items. First, an apology that the iPhone and Android app have not been working correctly the past few weeks. These were technical and unexpected issues, that we know inconvenienced everyone. For that we are truly sorry.
Second, we’ve been going back and forth with all the vendors that make up the services in the mobile application tracking down the issue. As it turns out, it may be an issue with one of our vendors, who just informed me they are working on a bug fix that seems to be affecting iOS (iPhone and iPad) users. They are not sure how long it will take to roll out, just that they are working on it as we speak, and they are making best efforts to fix the issue, causing some of you some pain in scheduling your classes…
